Our guild exists to create a fun, stress free environment for World of Warcraft players to interact, help each other, and assist new players with learning the game.
Hunters Moon Warriors follows the Terms of Service and EULA set forth by Blizzard Entertainment. Please read over the policies at http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowgm/?id=agm01712p Violating any of these may result in your removal from the guild.
The Guildmaster, Mulgar, is ultimately responsible for all final decisions regarding the guild, and is responsible for insuring that all of the tenets in the Guild Charter are adhered to by all members.Guild Officers are assigned by the Guildmaster to perform broad ranging duties as defined by the Guildmaster. In the absence of the Guildmaster, Guild Officers are responsible for guild decisions.
A. All members must be kind, courteous, and refrain from use of profanity at all times. Offensive language, intentionally instigating other members or players, rude behavior, etc, may result in disciplinary action up to and including the immediate termination of guild membership.
B. While it is understandable that you would give the 'best' items to your closer friends, remember that it is a violation of our Code of Conduct to deny a member in need. Greed and self-interest are not appropriate attributes for our guild members. While raiding, Instance running, or just grouping, remember the two acronyms… CAWU (Can and will Use) and NBG (Need before Green).
C. Bad mouthing ANY member or the guild itself in guild chat or on the boards is forbidden. If you have a complaint, take it first to that player and if you feel it is serious enough, take it to the leadership. All Members are expected to treat their fellow guild Members with respect and dignity at all times. No harassing, belittling, stalking or any other behavior that disrupts the guild’s continuity will be allowed.
D. We are a free giving Guild. This guild is NOT a guild for those who wish to be given items and money or power-leveled. We give freely to each other within the guild; however, these are people offering items, not asking. If items are offered, feel free to request them, but we will not tolerate begging or nagging. Begging or nagging will be grounds for immediate removal from the Guild.
Guild members are expected to participate in-game and on the message boards regularly. Attendance of scheduled guild meetings is mandatory, although at this time Hunters Moon Warriors does not hold meetings on a regular basis. If circumstances completely prevent your attendance, it must be reported in advance of the meeting.
"Participation in-game" as mentioned above entails helping other members in the guild when you can. It isn’t expected of you to drop everything you are doing every day but you do need to participate at some point.
Hunters Moon Warriors will maintain a guild bank for the purpose of funding our crafters, expeditions, equipping members in need.

Additionally, Applicants must read the "Membership Applications" topic on the Hunters Moon Warriors forum. All Applicants must fill out the membership application found here in it's entirely and post it into a new topic there
All applications will be reviewed by the Guildmaster and Officers to determine suitability to the guild. The Applicant will participate in an evaluation period of no less than 1 week and not more than 4 weeks upon acceptance into Hunters Moon Warriors. At the end of that period, you will be evaluated and if accepted will be promoted to member. The Applicant's forum participation and in-game conduct weighs heavily in this process. The final decision regarding the admittance of an applicant rests with the Guildmaster. If complaints about an applicant are raised, the applicant will either be ejected from the guild, or the evaluation period will be extended by an additional three weeks, depending on the severity of the infraction.
Members that are expelled from the guild for misconduct are not eligible for re-application. Members that leave the guild in good standing are eligible to re-apply, or at the Guildmaster's discretion, may re-admitted without performing the application process. Members may remove themselves from the guild at any time they wish. Please contact an officer and let them know why you are leaving; maybe we can fix a problem or improve something so you won't need to leave. We understand that people's play styles may change over time and that some may find us too laid back. We just ask that you let us know. If someone leaves the guild on good terms and decides at a later time that they wish to return, they will be welcomed back.
The Guildmaster reserves the right to modify this charter at any time, and take corrective actions required for the benefit of the guild as a whole that may not be specifically expressed in this document.
